Consumer called complaining about having problems with the rear door handle. It became hard to opened and is now cracking. Dealer was contacted and stated that they will try too fix it but it was never done.

Consumer called complaining about the rear door handle. Also stated that the vehicle was purchased like that but with time the handle became harder to opened and now is cracking. Dealer was contacted and stated that they will try to fixed but has not yet been done.
