Dealer says that this happens frequently do 1997-2002 CR-Vs with 100,000 miles. However, American Honda and the dealer will do nothing. This is a severe problem in that the engine goes from normal to dead past fixing in about 2-3 minutes. If you are in an unfortunate location you are out of luck.
