drivers side headlight does not line up with grille or hood drivers side headlight does not line up with grille or hood

Dealer tried to adjust the headlight alighnment and made it worse. Now it goes in for a second try. I also notice the hood does not align with the grille. This car has only 1000 miles on it. Should they get me a different new one?
