Daughter was turning right from stopped traffic after a light change, upon entering the turn, she attempted to finish the turn but the steering wheel would not move, she hit the brakes but hit the first two cars in the left turn lane before stopping. Caused CR-V airbag to deploy and minor-medium damage to the two cars.
