"TECHLINE SUMMARY ARTICLE - EDITOR’S NOTE: THIS ARTICLE REPLACES THE ONE POSTED IN SEPTEMBER 2015 TO EXTEND THAT ARTICLE’S SHELF LIFE. THE ISSUES COVERED ARE STILL BEING ADDRESSED. DO YOU HAVE A VEHICLE THAT MAKES AN ENGINE RATTLE FOR 1 TO 2 SECONDS WHEN STARTED AFTER A COLD OVERNIGHT SOAK BELOW 32° F? THIS RATTLE IS MOST LIKELY RELATED TO THE VTC ACTUATOR."
