I bought 2015 CR-V on 3/14/2015, and noticed the vibration problem one week later. I reported to the dealership for several times, but they denied the car has such problem. The vibration is getting stronger and stronger that get me distracted and feel very uncomfortable while driving.

On 4/11/2015 I brought the car to the Service Dept. of dealership, and service advisor told me that not only you have this problem, we cannot fix it, and we are waiting for instructions from Honda headquarter. I was surprised when I heard this! I checked online and found so many many complains about this issue since last November, but Honda still sell CR-V on market. I think this is irresponsible to the customers! Honda should tell the truth to the customers and let them make the choice. Honda keeps saying no safety issue, how can we believe them? Why other cars don't have such problem? Might be no safety issue for the new car right away, how about years after? How many years can Honda guarantee? Honda should face to this problem, and stop selling this car on the market, and recall all 2015 CR-V which have this problem as soon as possible!

In addition, Honda’s attitude to consumer on this matter is very very rude, which made you feel that consumer did something wrong to talk about this problem to Honda. Where is the justice in the America!!! I bought a brand new car, and paid full price, but got a defeat car without fixing!

Honda has no fix for this problem. They won't help there customers who are having the same problem. They just keep selling this vehicle. It's outrageous!

Update from Feb 10, 2016: After over a year trying to deal with Honda they are closing my case unresolved. They CANNOT fix the leaking sunroof or the TERRIBLE vibration. This is the worse car and the MOST frustrating service from a company that I've ever had!

I am extremely disappointed with my brand new 2015 CRV EX purchase. Within a week of my purchase I started feeling a strong vibration, when I stopped in traffic and red lights. This angers me so much because it can be annoying. I have had older cars that do not feel this way. I still do not understand how come this vehicle has so many excellent awards, accolades and ratings. Honda must find a solution to this problem soon.

I was rear-ended then pushed into the car in front of me by a ford explorer on Feb 28, 2015. My 1997 Honda CR-V was totaled. I know. I am lucky to be alive and escaped with minor injuries. Yes my CR-V saved my life but.....It was paid for. My plan was to keep it until it died. I took very good care of it. My maintenance file on it was about an inch thick. Most people were surprised when they asked what year it was.

I was forced to get another vehicle. Purchased the exact same CR-V including same color just 17 years newer. I have had the car 3 weeks today and I am very disgusted with it. The moment I drove off the lot I heard the vibration. My first thought was it is coming from the (Continental brand tires). When I got home I went on the internet and was horrified to find that channel 7/7 on your side (Washington, DC) did a report about this exact vibration and it has nothing to do with the tires. And Honda of America isn't going to do anything because it is not a safety issue.

I am more than upset with Honda. My 2015 CR-V, sunroof leaks when going through a power wash. The headliner is now water stained. Honda's solution... Don't take it through a power wash. I am now on my first road trip driving from Colorado to Oregon. The car is vibrating like crazy going down the road and vibrating worse when idle at a stop light. I've messaged our "Honda case manager". Hoping for a solution but I'm not optimistic based on my experience with them so far. REALLY disappointed with this vehicle!

Update from Apr 15, 2015: Honda has put out a video showing the vibration in the 2015 CR-V. They then told me,

"Once we determined it to be an issue and a fix is available, then you will be notified to bring your vehicle in".

This is ridiculous.

We are contacting an attorney.

2015 CRV BOUGHT ON DEC. 1ST NEW CAR SINCE 1990. 1650 MILES. TOOK TO DEALER TODAY. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. I AM PERMITTED TO DRIVE THE CAR. SUPPOSEDLY NO DANGER AT THIS TIME.

I HAVE A CASE # WHICH HAS BEEN CLOSED ALREADY BECAUSE THERE IS NO SOLUTION TO PROBLEM. MY ISSUE IS WHEN AT STOP LIGHT CRV SHAKES. YOU CAN SEE IT IN PASSENGER SEAT HEAD REST. SERVICE GUY STATES HONDA IS AWARE OF ISSUE AND STATES THAT THEY ARE WORKING ON PROBLEM. WELL I HOPE THEY ARE WORKING ON IT QUICKLY BECAUSE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY WITH THE COST OF THE EXL MODEL, THE REPUTATION OF HONDA, THE GREAT REVIEWS FROM CONSUMER REPORT AND MOTOR TREND.

I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND I WILL BE VERY GLAD TO SPREAD THE WORD THAT THIS MODEL SUCKS, IF THEY DO NOT GET A FIX QUICKLY. MY PERSONAL MECHANIC OF OVER 20 YEARS THINKS IT IS BAD MOTOR MOUNTS. HE STATES THEY ARE MADE VERY HARD NOW. AND PROBABLY NEED REPLACING. THIS OPINION IS FROM MY VERBAL DESCRIPTION OVER THE PHONE. I WILL SAY HE HAS NOT BEEN WRONG IN THE MANY REPAIRS ON MY PREVIOUS CAR. I KEPT IT FOR 18 YEARS WITH 199,000 MILES.A TOYOTA COROLLA. RIGHT NOW I FEEL LIKE I SHOULD OF KEPT IT. IT IS STILL RUNNING! HONDA PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM NOW!!!
