No heat for first 20 miles when below freezing. Dealer tells me this is normal.

I live in Saskatchewan, this is a new 2021 CR-V i mistakenly got after i traded in my 2017 for oil dilution problems. The heater is terrible and a safety issue as cannot clear fog from windows.

Also infotainment center sucks, lags and freezes up. I have also had issues with the pushbutton start not working in the cold and had to hold fob to the button.
