Hankook 235/60 R18 103H A few months ago, one of my Hankook tires had a flat tire. At the tire shop, I was told my 3 remaining tires would need replacement soon as well. My car's odometer at this time was roughly 21,000 miles. The tires are originally the tires from purchase of the new car. I then went to a Honda dealership for further inspection. I was told that my remaining 3 tires were in "yellow" status and could be replaced at a later service date. Today, May 3, 2025, I went to the Honda dealership to change my 3 remaining tires. Despite making an appointment, they didn't order the tires I had requested. So, I then went to another tire shop. Upon removing my tires, one of the employees called me over and told me I had a defective tire. My car is now around 23,500 miles. I don't know why the service center at the Honda dealership didn't alert me about the defective tire. I called Hankook when 1st tire had a flat. A representative told me that no warranty would cover this. The Honda dealership also told me that they couldn't assist with this. I needed to call the manufacturer or check my warranty.

235/60R18 103H On January 20 and January 21, we were coming back from road travel on Long Island, New York and received a low-pressure indicator. We serviced the tires and did not have an issue until Wednesday January 24 again a low-pressure indicator. We took the vehicle to Mr. Tire in Lewes Delaware and were told the same tire had a second puncture but all the tires had low wear and extensive cracking. We paid $85.67 for Mr. Tire to put on the spare. [XXX] felt at 24,582 miles OEM tires should not fail. [XXX] contacted the Pohanka dealer and the dealer indicated they were having some premature failure issues with the tires and would pick the vehicle up. Before Pohanka could pick up the vehicle [XXX] was driving local less than 10 miles and the driver side rear tire split and completely failed. As such when Pohanka called they arranged a tow to their dealership to inspect the tires. Upon inspection it was determined the tires were failed INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
