The contact owns a 2025 Honda CR-V. The contact stated that while reversing out of the garage, the contact heard a loud explosion. After exiting the vehicle and inspecting it, the contact discovered that the small window near the rear passenger-??s side door had exploded and fractured into several pieces. The glass landed inside the cabin of the vehicle on the rear seats. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The dealer confirmed that the window needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure, and a case was opened. The failure mileage was approximately 1,850. The VIN was unavailable.
