I was driving up a hill in town and saw brake lights in front of me and saw the red light at the intersection. Hit the brakes and my car would not stop. I tried to turn the steering wheel and it was locked up. I hit the car in front of me THANK GOD or I would have went through the intersection. At impact my air bags did not work.
