i wasn't even do for the first oil change and the problems for the tranny had already started. second and third gear would grind and pop out during the shift or long after the shift. i was surprised, but took it in to the dealer because i was 55,000 miles away from the warranty expiring to get it checked out. the dealer was very rude and quick to blame me for the problem. they said i should stop redlining it, press the clutch all the way ect... at this point i had never even given the car more then 20% throttle or more then 3.5k RPM. they claimed i was the only one with this issue so it was a "driver error", i found hundreds like me who either were denied or accepted for transmission issues.
so i went back with more proof of the common issue nation wide. so they finally took in the car to see if my car was effected. after leaving my car at the dealer for days at a time with nothing but full tanks of gas missing, and stories of how people saw my car get abused down by the road by every young man who worked there like they stole it, i went to another dealership in another state! almost two years and countless stress someone else fixed it. I WILL NEVER OWN ANOTHER HONDA.
