I purchased this car from Fox Honda a few weeks after it was sold to the car dealership. When I picked up the car and drove home, I noticed noises from the car. I took my car to a body shop nearby to check. The mechanic said one of the tires wasn-€™t sealed. I continued to hear weird noises coming from the front of my car. A month later, the low-tire-pressure sign appeared. I called the salesperson again, and he said the car was fine due to weather. I was worried, so I took the car to Honda City in Liverpool, NY to get inspected. They got rid of the low-tire-pressure sign. The service of Fox Honda was inadequate as it didn-€™t make sure the car I bought was inspected throughout before selling it. Everyone convinced me that there was no problem with the car until my car corrupted on January 4, 2021. My son was driving the car home from school. When he made the left turn, he said the car seemed out of balance and then it hit the sidewalk. The speed in the area was about 35mph, and the car was driven slower than the speed because it made a left turn at the intersection. The wheel and front axle on the passenger side fell off from the vehicle. He was scared, so he called 911. Police came, and people on the road all thought it was the strangest thing that ever happened to a car. My husband and I were glad that my son was ok, but a car-€™s wheel and its axes can-€™t just fall off like that. My son could end up in the hospital if he drove on the highway. Honda C said my case couldn-€™t move forward if the body shop at Honda did not give them the inspection report (My insurance did assess the damage, but Honda C did not accept it). The body shop said we had to wait for 2 months, but yesterday, Tuesday 2/21, I met the service manager to ask him to speed up the inspection, and he said Honda C would do it, not him. It was upsetting because both parties stated different things. My pre-paid legal service attorney advised me to report to DMV and the defects to the NHTSA.

The TPMS Sensor keeps turning ON since we bought this vehicle brand new from Lia Honda of Kingston. The problem was reported to American Honda (Case # 11487126). Per their (Honda) advice, the vehicle was brought into the Honda dealership (Lia Honda of Albany and Keeler Honda in Latham) to diagnose this issue. Still, the service technicians were unable to identify the root cause of this issue. The readings from tire pressure for all tires showed no sign of leakage or low tire pressure. The ratings were taken at different intervals and showed the normal tire pressure readings. The issue still exists, and American Honda has not shown any interest in correcting this problem. The vehicle has roughly 7K miles and is still under full factory warranty. Thank you in advance for looking into this matter. -Shakti Chauhan

Everytime I start the car I get a low tire pressure warning, I have checked all four tire pressures and the spare repeatedly, and regardless of whether I fill them with the correct pressure or not the TPMS does not stop signaling low tire pressure. Warning has not gone away since it came up despite correcting pressure bi-weekly. Currently has been 6 months. Also occasionally the car will brake by itself both on the highway and around neighborhoods (low speeds and high) and without anyone in front.

The TPMS has came on warning of a low tire. The tires were checked and none were low. This has happened a couple of times. Today while driving something punctured the side wall of the tire and it went flat the TPMS did not indicate a low tire. I pulled to a safe place and changed the flat tire. The vehicle was left running and the TPMS finally came on when I dropped the flat tire into the trunk. The tmps on my sons 2019 Civic has indicated a low tire a couple of different times and the tires are at correct psi.

Today, I was driving my 2019 Honda Civic sport to performance Honda in fairfield, oh for a warranty-related problem regarding TPMS and a faulty tire. The biggest issue is that the front, left tire did not hold air. Every few days, I had to add air to my tires/reset the TPMS system, as described by owners.Honda.com. Within the last week, my front, left, tire lost air so quickly that I decided to take the vehicle in for service. As of today, the vehicle has $4,000 miles (exact). During the trip there, the front, left tire blew out and jerked me to the left (60 mph). While easing into the brake (not pumping), I steered to the right and pulled into the shoulder lane. Upon stopping, I shifted into, "P, " and then activated the parking brake. Then, I took my my foot off the brake and turned on the emergency flashers. I called aaa and got towed the rest of the way there. TPMS needs to tell the driver what the pressure is in each tire; my grandfather has a 2019 vehicle that does. At least I was not injured today!

Twice while driving at 60 mph the cruise control dropped out for no reason. I have low pressure alarms for no reason. These were always while I was driving. I had 6 in may and June took it to the dealer on July 3, they could not find anything wrong. That afternoon I had the low pressure alarm come on for no reason tires at at normal pressure.
