Paid to have the worsening engine shuddering fixed at Miller Honda Winchester after we thought it was going to stall going up the hill near home. They marginally improved it temporarily. Told us it was something to do with soot building up inside something (EGR valve) that recycles part of the unburnt exhaust gasses. They cleaned it, no replacement, outside of warrantee. The engine shudders more commonly when its wet outside and when we are coasting with very little pressure on the gas pedal. Also does it when lightly accelerating from that same point. Our 2006 Odyssey does the same thing.

When I am traveling around 80 to 100 klms. per hr. My check engine light and TCS light comes on and and the engine begins to vibrate or shake. Above 100 KPH it goes away, I had a mechanic put it on the scanner and it showed a misfire at cyl 2&4. The mechanic switched the coils from 2&4 with coils from cyl 1&6 and cleared the codes. After driving 10 minutes the codes came back and the scanner showed a misfire with cyl 4&5 this time. I would appreciate knowing if someone has any info on handling this particular problem.
