Starter failed for the 3rd time in ownership, replaced for the 3rd time. Once the electrical system on this car starts glitching, it can only be patched, it can't be fixed. Something else will go wrong.

Odyssey EX With RES 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 10,000 miles

It does not occur often. Every 1/10 starts, it happens. The car will make Cheeeeeeeeee sound, as if the car was short circuited without fire though. Took it the dealer. They could not duplicate. The car has to be idle I guess for some hours to have this incident. Anyone had the same problem. Honda does not have this problem in their record.
