engine problem
I had the front one replaced; then when I took it in for an oil change(3 months later) and asked them about it; they said the side one is now broken. Have them check and replace all of them. Get it in writing that they inspected them all

Vibration when ECO Mode light comes on, getting louder. I replaced the rear electric engine mount after reading other posts, but It didn't fix the problem. The other mounts look good, No visual damage. I'm thinking about taking it in to a dealer but I'm afraid of the costs. I noticed going to Tahoe that as long as I was going up hill it never went into ECO mode and I had no vibration.
Looks like I might have to trade this piece of s*it in!

I purchased a 2005 Honda Odyssey three weeks ago. The car ran fine until the day AFTER we purchased it. There was a vibration from the engine compartment when traveling between 45 - 70 mph. I took it back to the dealer where we purchased it, and were told that the engine mounts had to be replaced because of a service alert that Honda had on this particular year. One mount (the front one) has been replaced because the mechanic said it was not functioning (the mounts on this model are electronic). The cost for the mount was said to be $580.00. Well, the vibration is still there as bad as it was. The van will go back in tomorrow (9/3) and have the rear mount replaced at the same cost as the first.
I'm not so sure the mounts will fix the problem after reading the posts about the torque converter.....After tomorrow, there may be another post about transmission problems.
Honda needs to make this right!

We are having multiple engine issues due to the VCM problem that was identified with 2008-2013 Odyssey vehicles that were recalled. Our 2005 Touring model engine also has the VCM issue but was not included in the recall because only the touring models had that feature.
We now are dealing with spark plug, ignition coil and engine mount failures.
