Whole rear window shattered but a hole in the middle. Not sure why it happened. There was no sign of vandalism nor theft since there was nothing inside my van but there was another Honda Odyssey in the adjacent parking stall with parcels in it. Also, there was no sign of collision as there was no scratch nor dent on other parts of the back door. Assumed someone with a protruding cargo backed into my van at the height of the rear window. However when I did an internet search later, I found that there were several reports of mysterious self explosion of rear window on 2007 model of Honda Odyssey. Would like to know whether 2009 models have the same problem.
