I’m diligent about my car maintenance. Since the last 2 oil changes, the first time my car was almost completely out of oil; second time the “maintenance†light for oil came on around 58000 when I wasn’t meant to go back until 61000. I checked the oil and it was super low. I was told that shouldn’t happen and the car was burning oil. I had to buy oil for $45. Additionally - I had to have a spark plug replaced as a result - which cost me 286.60. I have had a lot of issues with his vehicle. However, this oil issue is a huge concern as I have 3 children that need to be driven around, I need to check my oil all the time so the engine won’t seize! I have read others have complained about this same/similar issue with the same make/model vehicle yet after contacting Honda there is no recall and I believe there should be.
