Add the 2022 Odyssey EX-L to the list of Honda’s most poorly designed seats. The driver seat is going to break my back and the headrest is the most awful thing. The lumbar adjustment is worthless. I’ve had this car for less than 24 hours, and in addition to problems with steering and touchscreen climate, this is by far the worst seat design of any vehicle I have ever been in. The Soviet Lada is a luxury of comfort and ease compared to this. This is a long-standing, known Honda problem and no fixes in sight. Sad.
