CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2006 Honda Pilot is a solid trouble-free model year with no major problems reported, except for a minor trend of window regulator failure. However that's an easy fix of a few hundred dollars -- not a big inconvenience for an older vehicle, all things considered.

The door handles, rear lift gate spoiler, license plate holder and sail panel plastic pieces are loosing their luster, turning a dull blue. I see the clear coat failing. The bumpers are OK as are the mirrors and the rest of the vehicle. I wax this vehicle 3 to 4 times a year. Seems these were painted separately from the vehicle.
