My brakes makes a knocking noise when on front passenger side and no one seems to know how to fix the issue. Scared it's going to cause an accident.

I purchased this car July 2015. I immediately heard a rubbing noise the first week I owned this car and reported it to the service department while it was still under warranty. They inspected it and said the didn't hear anything. I was due for an inspection and again reported the problem again and low and behold I needed new brakes and rotors. I drove the car home and I am still hearing the rubbing noise. This makes me sick. I don't have that kind of money to throw around. And what makes me mad is that they say they can't hear anything.

I first purchased this car in march ,2015. I noticed the scrubbing sound immediately, but the dealer told me it was rust corrosion on the rotors, but as I drive it and use my brakes it should wear off. Its been 3 months and I still hear it. I took it back to the dealership 3 times and they told me oh you're gonna hear it, and brushed me off. Is there a recall for this yet. What should I do?
