I have bought a new Tucson on May 27th, a very brand new car, I met with an accident on Oct 22nd , it is a major crash with other car, but the airbags were not deployed and me and my family suffered injuries, it was a major defect in manufacturing the car,

Thanks for the suggestion MR PAUL B,for your information i am not among some people who may not understand about the airbag deployment details and its pressure impact angles ,i have completed my masters in computers ad i have worked for a decade serving a automobile Vendor., me and my family hurt in the accident and regarding the Deployment my vehicle is Equipped with side air bags too, These airbags primarily protect the head and chest area in a side-impact collision,i am not updated here not for raising my benefit by approaching a lawyer.
