I have never experienced this with any car ever owned or driven during my 39 years of driving experience. Dealer replaced both front axle shafts under warranty and seems resolved now.

How can you put a car out there with all the 9 speed trans problems these Jeeps have had. Do they still not realize that a quality machine means repeat business? I have to do fancy footwork on the accelerator to get it to drop into 9th gear. I almost have that mastered and my mileage has gone from 20 to 27 by manipulating the gas pedal with a speed up take foot off gas watch rpm droop then slowly adding power. This thing is a chore to drive. It could be a nice driving machine if they can figure out that trans. Starting from a stop still has the vibration after their computer adjustment. What's with that. Every passenger notices it. I'm sure it's a big deal at Jeep complaint dept. Will it ever be fixed?!

Another thing, I miss my 6 disc player! From my FORD. How can you have all those USB plugs,a couple of 12 V plugs,a fancy radio and NO DISC player!? It's an option on their best model?!

How about a protector for the back up camera lens!? It's always filthy and won't stay clean with the rear end aerodynamic funneling all the road grime over the trunk, window and camera lens. Poor design indeed.

Update from Jun 2, 2017: Thank U Nikki V. For the info on the front end shake. I did finally get it fixed after showing my dealer your email on correcting the shake. The service manager looked it up and said that they will replace the CV Axle/half shafts because Jeep has a service bulletins on them. No charge of course, and it did correct the problem. If I had not shown a copy of your e-mail regarding the replacement I doubt if anything would have been done to correct this built in flaw from Jeep.

Note to Jeep/Fiat-the reason we Americans started buying foreign made cars is because of their reliability. I think if you keep repeating built in flaws like this and still selling a car that shakes or has a real problem from your assembly line your customers will eventually dwindle as people go to more reliable offerings from Japan.
