I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my 2017 Jeep Cherokee, which I purchased brand new. From the very beginning, I have experienced significant issues that were not properly addressed by your dealership, ultimately leaving me with costly repairs that should have been covered under warranty.

- Initial Problem (Within 2 Months of Purchase): The vehicle began shaking while driving in the city. I promptly contacted the dealership, but my service appointments were repeatedly delayed and rescheduled. - Dealership Response: I was told the issue was “small” and related to the hub, which needed replacement. However, despite my attempts to resolve the matter, the dealership failed to provide timely service until my warranty expired. - Out-of-Pocket Expense: When I finally brought the vehicle in, I was informed that my warranty had expired and was charged $800 for repairs that should have been covered. - Current Issues: My Jeep now suffers from an electric 4WD malfunction and additional mechanical problems, further undermining the reliability of a vehicle I purchased brand new with the expectation of quality and support.
