Affected Component: EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY
- Summary
- HANDS FREE ASSEMBLY, Power Liftgate For a concern of intermittent operation of the liftgate kick sensor, replacing this part with another AA level part will not resolve the concern. When the vehicle is in sleep mode (key off for more than 15 minutes) and an improper kick is detected, the module fails to send a signal for subsequent good kicks but is resolved with a key cycle. Engineering is working on a solution ETA Feb 2020. Do not replace with another AA level part for this concern or the issue will persist.
