2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Consumer writes in regard to leather instrument panel top pad safety recall. The consumer stated the parts were ordered by the manufacturer under warranty but Dodge cancelled the order. If the consumer wanted to reorder the part it would be an out pocket expense because the warranty has since expired.
