The contact owns a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that the rearview mirror area and the upper center front area accumulated water. The accumulated water dripped down to the floor inside the vehicle, which caused mold in the rug. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted at 800-992-1997 and stated that the sun roof drain needed to be cleaned out. The approximate failure mileage was 90,000.
