I called to schedule an appointment as I received a safety notice from Chrysler. I was told it would be 3 months before I could get in and the dealership is only doing 2-3 per week. I have had an accident in the past with a broken ball joint so I am very sensitive when it comes to this. Three months is too long to wait for a safety recall, especially one this serious.
