I just bought my Jeep Liberty used and was frustrated to find a wet passenger's floorboard a week later...NOT covered under service warranty, of course. I found a video on how to fix it but I have not tried it yet so I don't want to recommend it prematurely, but will edit once I have it fixed.
Update from Nov 4, 2015: Went to YouTube and found this video that shows how to drain the water and add a small elbow hose to the drain so it redirects the water onto the ground and doesn't let the water get pushed back into the floor board.
