I don't know if there are any other interior colors but the gray that my Liberty has stains very easily. Anything that gets on the seats of this vehicle causes a stain. If you have the window cracked and a little rain gets in, it leaves spots on the seat. If you put a water bottle on the seat and the bottle sweats, it leaves a stain. All of that is just water. If you get something on the seats that you would expect to leave a stain then don't plan on it ever completely coming out. The water spots will come out but I have yet to find an upholstery cleaner that doesn't want to leave spots/stains when it dries, so basically you just cover up one stain/spot with another one. I bought this Liberty used so I don't know if it's something that has developed over the years or if it was like this when it was new but it's a real pain.
