the TIPM malfunctions causing the radio to not work
This has been a continual problem which I have reported to this site each time. I have had 3 TIPMs replaced on this vehicle, 2 under warranty and 1 at my cost. While the issue this defective TIPM is causing is minimal in my case, I have no idea when the issue will cause more significant issues. With less than 65k miles I believe this is a Chrysler problem that they have continued to ignore. The dealer I use, Rentschler, has worked with me in the past to pay a minimal cost when I had to have the TIPM replaced the third time, not sure what they will say when I take the Jeep back to them. I will be contacting both Chrysler and the State of PA to see if this vehicle can be considered a "lemon".
