This has happen to my vehicle just about every time I go fill up at the gas station. I ask to fill it cash and every time the gas overflows out of filler tube. Gas runs down the side of my vehicle going all over the ground. Took it to my local dealership and had them look into the situation. After getting it back they told me that the npf (no problem found). I have done the research and have found tsb's from earlier model years of having the same problem. This issue of overflowing the tank is a serious condition and should be recalled due to the fact that 1. it has the potential to create an explosion. Gas overflowing onto the side of the vehicle omits vapors and the vapors are what explode. 2. with the gas going all over the side of the vehicle it prematurely takes away the top clear coat and paint layers. Which will eventually could go to bare metal creating a rust issue. 3 is the environmental issue, according to njdep if one drop of gas gets on the ground it legally has to be reported to them. Knowing that most stations are operated under extreme speeds, I highly doubt that it is being reported properly. I know for a fact that the service stations in my area the employees are clueless to the rules an regulations. I called the corporate office for a station and they said they were sorry and offered me a $10 gift card. In hindsight it was not their fault. It is the faulty fuel tank and pressure system. This needs to be looked at seriously, just because there hasn't been a fire or any serious injuries to date doesn't mean it is not a real issue. I hope this gets looked into and properly mitigated. Thank you

During fuel fill-up, directly after the pump automatically shuts off, a large amount of gas will spill back out of the filler hose. This happens at all gas stations. During the first time, I was standing right next to the gas and had gasoline splashed on my pants a shoes. I have to estimate the amount of fuel to put into the tank as to avoid spillage. I am afraid that if I go to a full-service station, the attendant will be doused with gas at my expense.
