My wife pulled out of the garage and parked in the driveway. The driveway has a downward incline. She placed the gear shift in park and set the emergency brake. She needed something from the house and was getting out of the jeep. The jeep started to roll backward and pinned her against the car. The car rolled about eight feet backward, tore the skin off her knee and tore her lower abdomen muscles. The car had the parking brake set on and it still rolled backward.
