I bought my patriot used. Great shape, ran good for a month or so, then the headlight stopped working, replaced bulb, wiring, fuses... still kept going out. The windows started not working randomly, but would work if I turned Jeep off then back on. Starter started making weird spinning noise, had replaced with a new one, still made skinny noise. Jeep will chug when given gas to go like at a stop light,

Chrysler needs to fix this issue. I'm one of many that suffer from this problem. I only have one working HIGH BEAM. No low beams or running lights. It is the TIPM and I know there are thousands of recalls on this part and Chrysler knows it.

Patriot 4x4 2.0L

This seems to be an expensive problem that Chrysler was well aware of. It should have been covered under recall since loosing headlights is dangerous & won't pass safety inspections. It could also be the issue with my engine lights coming on & off for no reason. I won/t know until the part comes in. So, no night driving for me for over 1 week!
