Clutch pedal suddenly went to the ground, could not seem to find a leak and reservoir was full. Would not go into gear at all. We suspected a bad master cylinder but upon diagnosis, mechanic said leaking internal slave cylinder. This is an internal slave so transmission had to be pulled. Big bucks, frustrating to happen at only 95k.

Actually the clutch has failed a second time Thanksgiving week 2015. the clutch had about 7000 miles on it when it went for a second time. When is Chrysler going to recall this. What are the possibilities of filing a class action suit, or envoking the lemon law to get rid of the car altogether.

Update from Feb 16, 2016: Its 10 weeks later and I am experiencing clutch problems again. Its only a matter of time before it fails for the 3rd time. What can I do about this. Any ideas, advice or legal recourse I can pursue??
