Took my 2010 Patriot in for an oil change, and ended up paying $1278 for new tie rods and lower arms (front). The ball joints were so badly deteriorated that the dealership would not let me drive it home. The big issue here... I ONLY HAVE 21000 MILES!
Shame on Chrysler for using cheap parts! And shame on them for not issuing a recall!
