In 2011 I bought a Jeep Patriot. Within the first 25,000 miles the Jeep brakes started to squeal every time we apply them on reverse. Spent numerous trips to the mechanics. Pads were replace with negative results. Wife not too Happy. Mechanics unable to fix. Mechanic searching for a fix. No more Jeeps for me.
they replaced the pads/rotors & I still experience this noise. Was told by the service manager that it is a characteristic of the jeep. also this dealership has an employee with the same make and his does this also. What a joke ....
