When I purchased the vehicle, my son was checking under the hood. He closed it but it was not properly secured. It came off and banged into the window molding. This was before I took it off the lot! They fixed it, had to do body work, sent me with a loner car and I finally received it back 2 weeks later.
Chrysler, seems they just don't care or take pride in any of their work. This is one of many problems. (interior, exterior, strange noises and safety issues) Not to mention 2 recalls already. Please check out their products before you buy. Not a fan!!!!
