So, this was the THIRD time I have had issues with the throttle body. This time, I was driving down a street in our neighborhood with my 6 year old & 16 year old in the vehicle. Yet AGAIN, the vehicle suddenly began violently sputtering, loosing power & actually DID stall this time. (Glad I wasn't on the highway like the first 2 times!) 3 dash lights came on again. Pulled over, waited a little while & AGAIN drove straight to mechanic. I was told it was yet again the throttle body.
Not sure where to go from here, who to contact, etc. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. It's absolutely absurd to have to keep paying for the same damned issue! Especially THREE TIMES IN 20 MONTHS! I have posted 2 previous complaints regarding the same issue with the throttle body. Please see my previous posts. This needs recalled as I have done tons of research & found that this is an extremely common problem with Patriots! Extremely dangerous!!! If this last time would have happened while on the highway as the 1st two did, my children & I would have likely been terribly injured!
