Within less than 1 month of ownership my touchscreen will intermittently get stuck on one of the "tabs" such as radio. The radio functions will all work, but then you can't switch to any other screen such as Climate or Navigation. Sometimes it releases when you shut the car off and sometimes it doesn't. I showed the dealership and they told me to come back when I was ready for maintenance in about 3-4 months and maybe they would have a fix by then as there wasn't currently anything reported because the vehicle was too new. They have since agreed to replace the radio, but it's on backorder for who knows how long.
Update from May 6, 2019: I'm currently at more than 12,000 miles, the radio has been replaced and the issue continues to exist. The dealership now tells me that Chrysler engineers are working on it with no idea of end in sight. Quite unhappy that I paid so much for a new vehicle that is still faulty!!
