Moved the seat forward to get comfortable, went too far forward and now can't get it to slide either way. Not sure how I'm supposed to drive home (South Dakota to Phoenix, AZ) with my stomach pressed against the steering wheel. Jeep in town can't work on it until Monday (when I'm supposed to be returning to work).
I've looked under the seat and all of the pins release and there is nothing lodged in the tracks so I don't know why it won't move. I have a feeling it is a simple fix but am not mechanically inclined and have no idea where to start. This pisses me off because Jeep dealerships tend to take their sweet-assed time with any "repairs".
My last repair was the driver side visor. The passenger side replacement was literally a 3 minute fix with an extra 12 min of BS-ing about an extra post on the plate. When I took it in for the driver side visor they took an hour to complete it. WTF! How many hours am I going to have to wait for the seat repair? I would rather return this POS and get a Pinto!
