The vehicle was taken to bev smith Kia stuart (3131 SE federal hwy, stuart, fl 34994) and the contact was informed that the low-beam bulbs needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was informed of failure. The failure mileage was 49,014.

The vehicle was next taken to an independent mechanic for the bulb replacement. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to NHTSA. The failure mileage was approximately 105,000.
