hole in radiator

Driving home to Rhode Island after being in Florida for a week with my 2019 Kia Sorento. I started to smell antifreeze and thought it was outside, so I closed the window and within a few minutes my car started to beep a lot, looked at the dash and said car overheating - hmmm? Only had the car 11 months with 54000 miles on it, I don't beat on it, it’s very well taken care of. We get out of the car and antifreeze is pouring out everywhere.

Picture this - now mind you my husband who is very ill and we have been looking for homes in Florida due to him having several strokes and two major brain surgery’s - I paid alot for this car. (Okay, don't worry we have roadside hahaha they suck too) but anyway I called them at 1230 pm, broke down on highway, 75 north in nowhere land in 101 temp outside, a husband that can't walk. I’m hardly standing down the hill on the grass with me off the highway ready for this, mind you, 2500 for this service when we bought the car 11 months ago.

4 hours later some guy shows up licking his fingers, eating chicken talking about oh I can't help you we need a flatbed, its awd no sh*t. The call slip states FLATBED MIND YOU, so he leaves us there another hour and half later, and the flat bed comes, he tells us he can't bring us to the car lot with him. Well, I flipped and he brought us. We got there the Kia service was closed, the sales people laugh and say nothing we can do to help and locked up and left it now in the pouring rain.

Not knowing where we are ok find a hotel blah blah in the Monday {today} we are at Kia they tell me something hit the radiator and put a hole it in. I said no way, I hit nothing nowhere no. Now they want me to pay 786 for a new one saying that there is no way it could have just sprung a leak from the inside - mind you not a mark or anything anywhere. There’s just that tiny hole and I feel they are not telling the truth. What do I do? Nothing hit it under it or around it. Please help.
