I'm on the road, drive since 1 hour in a half and then, all the windows begin to steam. Then I change the setting from Automatic to full speed fan, A/C On and directed the air flow to defrost. The problem didn't resolved, I had to open the windows! After 15 minutes, I try to push the open external trap button (to close it) and after I pushed again (to reopen) and then I felt all the fresh air coming into the car, Then the steam goes by! First time I go to the dealer, the technician come back to me that the wet mat on the floor could be the problem. After I leave, I dry completely the 1 square foot mat that was wet! 2 weeks after, the problems came back ! The maps was not wet !
Update from Apr 11, 2015: Finally the problem was that in automatic mode the fan speed goes to slow when the temperature is reach and the external trap then close to keep temperature
