Do not have a clue why this happened but all four boots on the car had to be replaced. I love the car but man it has cost me dearly, and my Maxima I had driven forever.

Murano LE

  • CVT transmission
  • 84,000 miles

My 2009 Nissan Murano AWD LE scared me to death yesterday. Driving 60 mph, starting downhill a car suddenly stopped in front of me. I applied my brakes, nothing! I had no previous warning, no lights and no leaks. I managed to swerve and miss the car in front of me. God was with me, nothing coming in other lane. I am very disappointed in my Nissan. We were planning on buying another Murano, but this has changed my mind. My husband got my car to garage, master cylinder out. I never had a master cylinder fail on any other car I have owned. I think there should have been a WARNING light, but I got nothing!
