Bought the Murano SV in June of 2018. 2 weeks after purchasing it I connected my then Galaxy S9 to the cars system. Shut car off to refuel and when I turned back on the phone would NOT reconnect. Couldn't figure it out. Finally I went into the system and saw it showed that Bluetooth was connected. Even though it wasn't. Couldn't turn the Bluetooth off threw the system. Couldn't do anything. Finally I had it and disconnected the car battery terminals so SUVs power source was gone. Put everything back on and finally the Bluetooth showed disconnected. This happens all the time and the only way to fix it is to disconnect power from SUV. The nearest Nissan dealership is 1 1/2 hours away. No one else can fix warranty work except a Nissan dealer. This issue isn't anything that would hurt anyone or anything BUT, is more annoying than anything! Finally able to get to the Nissan dealership to get it looked at this week. I understand technology isn't perfect but for a $27,000 price tag I would think it would be better!
