The contact stated while driving 65 MPH, the vehicle was swaying from side to side. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, where it was diagnosed that the front driver's side tread belt had shifted, causing the vehicle to sway while driving. The tire was a replacement tire. The tire was replaced; however, the failure recurred intermittently. No further repairs were completed. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
