The contact owns a 2016 Nissan Rogue. While the contact was reversing the vehicle in and out of the garage, a popping noise was heard underneath the front driver's side floorboard. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to fenton Nissan of knoxville (4515 clinton hwy, knoxville, tn 37912, 865-687-6111), but the technician was unable to determine the cause of the sound. The failure recurred multiple times and was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and promised to call the contact back. The failure mileage was approximately 23,000.

The contact owns a 2016 Nissan Rogue. The contact owned a 2012 Nissan Rogue, but sold the vehicle due to a rodent infestation in the vehicle. The contact then purchased the 2016 Nissan Rogue, but this vehicle also became infested with rodents. The vehicle was taken to davidson Ford (18621 us-11, watertown, NY 13601) where the contact was informed that the rodents were entering through the heating duct system. The vehicle was repaired, but the issue recurred. The contact called davidson Nissan (18423 us-11, watertown, NY 13601) who advised the contact to file a homeowner's claim and the dealer would then pay for any damage done to the interior of the vehicle due to the rodent infestation. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to the better business bureau. The failure mileage was 21,700. The VIN was not available.
