The contact owns a 2016 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated that the driver's side window was inoperable and failed to go down. The overdrive warning indicator light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer where they informed her that the windows needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and provided a case number. The contact stated the failure was related to NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V024000 (Electrical System). The failure mileage was approximately 81,000. The consumer stated that they paid to have the window replaced and that still did not fix the issue. Also, Nissan has not returned their calls and has not come up with a way to fix the recall issue yet.

Additionally, there was water present on the front driver-€™s side floorboard which came from under the dashboard. The cause of the failure was not determined. The local dealer was notified of the failure but no assistance was offered. The manufacturer was not yet contacted. The approximate failure mileage was 50,000.

The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V024000 (Electrical System) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where the window was repaired. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 86,000. Parts distribution disconnect. - (RECALL RELATED INCIDENT)
