The noise my car makes when turning sounds like the front axle is going to fall off. For the low mileage, this should not be happening!!

I took my car in and the parts were replaced. Here I am a few months later returning with the same problem. I am disappointed and concerned. I take my parents to the doctor and business appointments. I want to know they are safe riding with me, not making a turn wondering if this problem will cause an accident.
