The contact owns a 2011 Nissan Titan. The contact was traveling 65 mph when the air conditioner and the defrost failed to defrost the windows. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The dealer confirmed the electric condenser for the air conditioner unit and defrost needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was not contacted and the vehicle was not repaired.
